Eugene Hodgson Chief Financial Officer (Director)

Eugene joined CiTech following an extensive career in the capital markets and public companies, serving in leadership roles in the private industry most recently as CFO.

Eugene’s experience includes First Nations negotiations, corporate, corporate, public and financial strategy. He is the former CFO/Director of Timmins Gold Corp(NYSE) and President of Fabled Copper Corp. He is currently a Director of Dixie Gold Inc and Forbidden Distilling Corp. all of which are publicly traded entities.

He is a graduate of the University of Calgary with a BA in political science.

• 30 years experience as a Senior Executive, including CFO and Corporate Secretary roles
• Public policy and Government relations advisor – worked for the BC and NWT Governments
• Currently a Director, CFO and Corporate Secretary for a number of TSX and CSE-listed companies
