Andrew along with Brenton Scott are the founders of CiTech and provide the inspiration for the company’s unique set of products and technologies.

Chief Financial Officer (Director)
Eugene joined CiTech following an extensive career in the capital markets and public companies, serving in leadership roles in the private industry most recently as CFO.

Based in Toronto, Richard is a Securities Lawyer, operating in private practice with experience in public companies, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions.

Janelle holds a Masters Degree in Biomedical Engineering, underpinning skills in software development, industrial process control systems, test & measurement.

Lead Mechanical Engineer
Andrew has been involved in the development of the company’s products since inception and now leads the mechanical engineering team responsible for design, testing and certification.
